station and plenty of parking for boats.

OFF-SEASON RATES: $45 single (plus tax) and $65
couple (plus tax) November thru March.
POLICIES:
1.
A one-nights non-refundable deposit is required to book a
reservation. If you need to cancel, we will refund your deposit,
less a $25 fee if we can fill your reservation.
2.
House rules are created for our guests comfort and safety. They
are posted and must be observed at all times. Failure to do so
will result in surcharges and/or immediate eviction. You may

Check-in times 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Late check in available, just let us know.
If you arrive early, leave your luggage and enjoy the island.

Check-out time: 11:00 a.m. weekdays and 12:00 noon weekends.

Breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. on weekdays and at 10:00 a.m. on
weekends. Fishermen please make arrangements for an earlier
breakfast when making reservations.
